Taiwan National Day Parade Image

This illustration marks 10 October with a ceremonial parade, Taiwan flags and festive red, white and blue decorations. It’s well suited to a Double Ten Day greeting card, a personal blog post or a social media message.

Double Ten Day takes its name from the date, 10/10. It commemorates the Wuchang Uprising of 10 October 1911, which began the Xinhai Revolution and led to the establishment of the Republic of China in 1912. National Day events in Taiwan can include ceremonies and parades, though the programme varies from year to year.
